Medication Management

Young people who have a diagnosis of ADHD, can explore medication management treatments options for ADHD.

To access medication, a full diagnostic report is required for the young person. This report should be in line with the NICE guidelines. See terms and conditions for details of what is required to proceed to medication. 

There are three key steps for medication management:

Medication Questionnaire

This questionnaire is to run through the health history of the young person to understand any risks the medication may pose. This must be completed with a GP. 

Medication Titration
 

Online video call appointment are used to discuss medication options, and start titrating (adjusting)  the prescribed medication.

ePrescribing or Referrals 

Wrexham ADHD Clinic can provide access to private prescriptions via Signature Rx.
