Welcome to Wrexham ADHD clinic. This private practice offers ADHD assessments for young people between the ages of 6 - 17 years in the county of Wrexham, North Wales.
We offer screening calls to see if ADHD symptoms are present, and that this is the right assessment for the young person before proceeding to a full ADHD assessment. This appointment may include signposting to other services
Our comprehensive assessments will identify the underlying symptomatic behaviours of ADHD and the ADHD report following this assessment will provide recommendations for on-going treatments options.

This Service consists of highly qualified and motivated professionals, who are experts in assessing and treating neurodevelopmental disorders, such as ADHD. They have over five decades experience working within the NHS and local community.
Ruth has over 30 years experience working with the health of young people in the NHS. She has worked in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Wrexham and the Neuro-developmental service for over 20 years. She is renowned for high quality care and understanding of neuro-developmental needs of young people, specialising in ADHD. Ruth has a Masters Diploma in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from University College London and a Masters in Advanced Nursing Practise from Glyndwr university .
